Sarah was a high school and collegiate athlete with a passion for sports and fitness. She discovered her interest in fitness at a young age, which carried on into adulthood. After having a baby and struggling with weight gain, she was determined to help herself and others! This led her to the pursuit of personal training. Sarah brings high energy and intensity daily. Originally, from Bunker Hill WV, Elaine attended Musselman High School, Wheeling Jesuit College and West Virginia University where she graduated with a B.S. degree in Physical Therapy. "A country girl blessed & determined to provide a community with compassionate care and wonderful services to improve lives."
Elaine began her career in Beckley WV and has worked for the past 25 years in communities throughout Southern WV meeting and treating people from Raleigh, Kanawha, Wyoming, Mercer, McDowell, Clay and Fayette counties.
Through diligence, hard work, commitment and dedication she has perfected her skills and provides her patients not only physical support and services but emotional support as well. You will find her to be the most compassionate and caring physical therapist around. Healing is a journey and Elaine is committed to making it with you!
Pam Turner, Office Manager Assistant
James has been a Physical Therapist Assistant for 14 years with experience in skilled nursing, home health and outpatient services. He graduated from Meadow Bridge High School in 1998; his studies continued at Mountain State University graduating in 2004.
James resides in Raleigh County with his wife and three children. He enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his children.
James is passionate about helping others get back to their everyday activities through physical therapy rehabilitation. His motto is, “You can’t go forward in life looking through the rear view mirror; stay focused on looking through the windshield of life.”
Rachel graduated from Pineville High School in 1986. She moved to Raleigh County, where she still resides, in 1993 to attend the College of WV. She obtained an Associate of Arts Degree in 1996 and an Associate of Science in Physical Therapy Assistant in 1997. After attending the Beckley School of Massage Therapy, Rachel earned her license in 2000.
Rachel is the proud mother of a wonderful son, Landon.
Having 20+ years of experience in most physical therapy settings including: outpatient, skilled nursing, home health and acute care, Rachel is dedicated and well equipped to help you overcome physical limitations, regain mobility and functionality to improve your quality of life.
